It is a combined production line consisting of 5 stations and working with 8 steps. Only labor is required during the feeding of the empty cream tube. Thanks to the Photocell spot, all the processes of turning the tube to the correct sticking direction, filling the product to the bottom of the tube, sticking it ultrasonically without the need for heat, cutting the excess paste and removing the tube from the tray chamber are all done automatically by the machine. You can easily perform the entire production with a single worker.

Working Principle and order of operation is as follows;

1)      Empty cream tube is placed into the tube magazine with the rotary table of the machine by hand.
2)      Then, the cream tube is turned to the right sticking direction of the cream tube at the next station, the photocell station, thanks to the photocell label on the top of the cream tube.
3)      Then the empty cream tube is taken to the filling station. The product is filled into the empty cream tube so that it is at the bottom.
4)      The cream tube in which the product is filled comes to the sealing station and its mouth is closed ultrasonically without heat,
6)     The excess that occurs during gluing is now cut at the cutting station and brought to the standard size.
8)       At the discharge station, which is the last station, the filled, shaped and finished product is thrown out of the magazine.
