Fully Automatic Belt Machine

Valuable Investor An opportunity machine that has come so far that manufacturers cannot find.

Original PMF 1201 Made in Germany (This model is a special production and a total of 3 were produced. One of them is this machine) Belt and Panc machine is 1992 model, worked in Germany for a total of 3 years, 7 years in a warehouse and 20 years waiting for me.

Every part of the machine is working and in good condition. Changed 2 pieces of Proximity Sensor parts were originally supplied from Germany and changed.

Hydraulic Pressure is 6,8 Nm (6 Ton/cm2) Drive cylinder is geared and variote speed and time delay control. Hydraulic Press is adjustable in speed and time delay.

The mechanical part, which prints the brand and number, is heated and the drive motor has asynchronous speed control. Panc is pneumatic with centering and centering automatic control.

All these processes I have counted in 3 different ways; It is capable of working individually as fully automatic, pedal or start button.

Buyers who have been interested in the PMF 1201 Belt and Panc machine so far wanted to buy the parts of the machine with different qualities as separate parts.

Me too! As a special production of this machine, it is planned to process more than one job in the same directory at the same time in this sector. Since I want a business to serve as a whole in line with its purpose, I have kept it on hold until today.

As it can make your job easier, it is not even desirable to increase daily capacity when adapting to its speed. In fact, I think it is a machine design that can create some innovative products other than belts by using different printing and cutting patterns. Sample; automatic Standard size cutting, Leather Embossing, Molded Metal Hair Embossing. It can mass-produce touristic and textile auxiliary products such as plywood hot stamping.

Pictures and notes about the original PMF 1201 German made Belt and Panc machine are attached.

Kind regards

I was doing good.

GOOD LUCK TO THE FIELD NOW.
