This machine is equipped with a changeable rounding drum for different dough weights and an adjustable flouring system. You can easily set the cutting and rounding speed electronically. With its robust chassis and oil-lubricated gearboxes, this machine stands out in the market.

Our intermediate resting machine is designed to provide optimal dough resting, featuring a speed control system that adjusts according to the cutting unit, preventing dough from falling. The enclosed design with side windows allows easy monitoring. The dough trays pass through a UV light chamber, ensuring continuous hygiene by eliminating potential bacteria. The cabinet's humidity and temperature are electronically controlled to maintain the desired levels, promoting dough development. The shaping unit, made with food-compatible materials, includes a crushing cylinder and sandwich cushion. We can add a Kaizer unit and sesame unit upon request. The final stacking unit operates on a retraction principle, allowing quick and efficient operation without compromising product shape. The machine integrates seamlessly with the cutting unit, with stacking intervals and tray sizes controlled via the command panel.
