Fresh Concrete Air Meter Liya Laboratory Test Devices Ad Description
General Specifications:
It is based on transferring air of known pressure and volume onto fresh concrete of unknown air content contained in an airtight vessel. The pressure gauge is calibrated to indicate the percentage of air at the final pressure.
The apparatus is cylindrical in shape, made of steel or other rigid metal that is not adversely affected by cement paste in a short time, and has a capacity of 7 litres. The outer edge and top face of the flange formed around the container and the lid, as well as the inner surface of the cylindrical container, are machined smooth. The lid is fitted with a clamping system that locks it onto the cylindrical container, and the system is designed so that no air remains between the flanges of the container and lid after locking.
Air content up to 22% can be determined, with an accuracy of ±0.25% of full scale.
The set consists of a strike-off bar and a tamping rod.
