four-ply laminating and rewinding machine

our machine should load 4 bobbins. It laminates 4 layers of paper from 30 grams to 150 grams, adheres it with glue, wraps it from coil to coil with smooth edges at 300 meters per minute. The machine is 230 cm wide. It can be made up to 3 meters wide according to the demand. Optional embossing group or groups can be added. Optional mobile towel wrapping can be done, optional slicing can be done. Electric winches from 3 tons to 10 tons can be installed on the front and back of the machine. It is adjustable. Coil openers are electric spin openers. They can be made by belt uncoilers depending on the type of work optionally. Air shafts, gluing units with drums and rollers are available for each layer of paper.
