Flexible Car Exhaust Pipe / Double Locked Flexible Metal Hose Making Machine

Working Principle:

  • The machine is equipped with advanced technology and forms the hose step by step using universal wheels and four pairs of shaping wheels.

  • The locked hose size is compatible with mold dimensions.

Process Steps:

  1. Seven pairs of wheels are used to properly guide the hose. The first pair serves positioning function; the third and fourth pairs are responsible for folding and shaping.

  2. After passing through the seven pairs of wheels, the hose is fixed to the shaping mold and pressed step by step by seven pressing wheels.

  3. Transmission wheels are preset at the factory.

Adjustment Rules:

  • The first pair of wheels should not be too tight; the following pairs are adjusted accordingly.

  • Wheels should be aligned on the top-bottom centerline and positioned with spacers.

  • The distance between the press wheel and machine table should be adjusted (1 mm for 3 s machine, 1.5 mm for others).

Maintenance and Safety:

  • Grease should be applied to chains and shafts.

  • The machine should operate at a constant speed (min: 400 rpm, max: 800 rpm).

  • Power supply should be turned off when not in use.
