Film and Rigid Recycling Lines

RIGID AND FILM RECYCLING LINES (PE-PP)

Rigid and Film Recycling Lines are used for the recycling of Polyethylene (LDPE, LDPE, HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) scrap plastics. They are recycling lines that are widely used in the plastics recycling industry, as they are suitable for the recycling of contaminated waste in film and hard form.

The machines that make up the Rigid and Film Recycling Lines and the features of the machines are selected according to the hourly flow rate, type and pollution percentage.

Waste plastics separated as film or hard are shredded with Shredder in the first stage of the recycling line. Shredded plastics are transferred to the Washing section of the line using conveyors or screw conveyors.

Floating PE – PP is separated from heavy pollutants (heavy plastics such as PET, PVC, glass pieces, metal caps and coins, etc.) in Sink Float Tanks and washed intensively with Friction Washer and Turbo Washer. Models and quantities of washing equipment are selected according to the type and percentage of contamination.

Shredded and washed plastics are dewatered with Film Dewatering Machine, Turbo Dryer or Spin Dryer according to the form of the plastic. After the plastics are dewatered by the relevant machine, they are transferred to the Buffering Silo to be fed to the extrusion process.

The Granule Extrusion part is used to produce reusable recycled granules. With the fully automatic and PLC controlled CRT Extruder Densifier, plastics are densified and extruded in "One Step". The molten plastic is filtered by melt filters and automatically cut into pellets by Pelletizers. Pellets are transferred pneumatically to Storage Silos or Big Bag Filling Stations according to the flow.
