Evakim Dry Filter Paint Spray Booth

EVAKIM Dry Filter Paint Spray Booths are designed and manufactured for efficient capture and removal of paint overspray generated during industrial liquid painting applications.

The booth features a two-stage dry filtration system incorporating the EVAKIM box-type paint arrestor filter, developed specifically for industrial paint overspray collection.

In the first filtration stage, EVAKIM box-type filters capture and retain paint overspray through their specially designed internal channel structure. Each filter has an approximate paint-holding capacity of 5 kg, depending on the coating material and application conditions.

The second filtration stage consists of G4 filters, which capture remaining particles and provide additional protection for the exhaust fan.

Filter loading can be monitored by differential pressure transmitters, allowing operators to monitor filter condition and determine replacement intervals according to pressure drop.

The booth is manufactured from galvanized steel with a modular construction for easy installation and maintenance.

EVAKIM Dry Filter Paint Spray Booths can be used as stand-alone units for manual painting or integrated into conveyorized automatic painting lines, 6-axis painting robots and linear robotic painting systems.

Optional equipment and configurations include filtered fresh-air supply, heating, cooling and humidification systems, downdraft airflow configuration and integrated paint preparation/paint kitchen systems.

Standard models are available in 2,400 mm and 3,000 mm widths. Booth dimensions, airflow capacity and filtration configuration can also be custom-engineered according to workpiece dimensions, paint consumption, production capacity and process requirements.
