CONCRETE VIBRATION

Vibration is the most important process that must be performed during the placement of concrete.

Concrete is a composite material made of different types and sizes of aggregates. The most important requirement for such materials is to achieve homogeneity. Therefore, applying vibration to concrete is a crucial step.

Vibration

Vibration is the process of shaking the concrete and supplying energy to expel trapped air. The shaking temporarily reduces the friction between aggregates, making the concrete more fluid. This increased fluidity allows the concrete to compact and settle more easily. As a result, denser, stronger, and more durable concrete is achieved. Once the vibration stops, the friction between the aggregates is restored.

All dynamic converters operate with an asynchronous motor and synchronous alternator running on the same shaft.

The outputs can be adjusted between 42 / 48 / 55 volts.

All types use a thyristor-controlled electronic voltage regulator. This ensures constant output voltage, providing a healthier operating environment for vibrators.

All AREK series dynamic converters are equipped with a built-in control panel.

In addition, all models have thermal protection to prevent damage to the electric motor due to overcurrent.
