Elastomer Compensator Machine

Our elastomer bellows machine has the capacity to produce up to DN65 diameter. By inflating specially designed rubber molds using hydraulic pressure, the desired forms and geometries are achieved with high precision. The system enables pipe forming up to 5 times faster.

Thanks to the precision hydraulic valves and high-accuracy potentiometers integrated into the machine, the production process is controlled and highly repeatable. With a maximum pressure capacity of 400 bar, it ensures high-precision manufacturing suitable for a wide range of applications.

Production range: 42–65 mm (DN32 – DN50)
