12 Station Servo Flying Shear Rollform Line 

The servo flying shear rollform line that working maximum 62 m/min production speed. The machine can use for shaping sheet metals that has thickness between 0.3 mm to 0.8 mm. The profile production can make on rollform line after rollers and cutter sets design completed according to customers neeeded profile shapes. Until sheet metal that placed on decoiler finished, the rollform line working without any stop. The marking, punching and cut-to-lenght operations can make with servo flying shear. So the machine has a high speed profile production capacity.

The rollform line parts can be different according to customer wants on standart RF 030-080-100 rollform line. (Clamping of decoiler can be manual or hydraulic. The number of rollform station can be reduce or increase according to profile shape and lenght. Servo flying shear line can has different designs according to the number and shape of holes and marks on profile. Stacking line can be manual, semi-automatic or full automatic according to profile shape and lenght.)
