Dough Cutting Weighing Machine

In this machine there is a cutting drum and a suction piston, in which the dough is cut open and uncompressed. It works like it cuts the most delicate kind of dough by hand. Metal surfaces that come into contact with the dough are automatically lubricated with sunflower oil, thus providing precision and long lasting operation. The dough funnel is made of stainless steel and has a capacity of 60 kg of dough. There is no need to clean the cutting system in this machine. Engine power 1.50 kW. 220/380 V.AC 50 Hz.
