Double Deck Grading Machine

This machine enables the user to grade the product to three sizes, whether pre-cleaned or not (not necessary to clean) and or to separate the broken grains out. It can be installed before the color sorting machine for capacity enlargement. There are two standard models: fixed and mobile types.

Screen operation is performed by shaking the product poured onto the sieve boats by an eccentric system. Brushes under the screen prevent the holes to be blocked and provides a high productivity.

By this machine three different kinds are separated.
