The Crusher Body is easily disassembled and consists of three main parts: the fixed lower body carrying the rotor and the upper body above it. The upper body can be opened by turning around a joint with the hydraulic mechanism to reveal the rotor and internal parts.
→ Assembly and disassembly are very simplified. The stone entering the crusher hits the crusher elements in the specially designed first zone with the swing of the rotor hammers and the first crushing stage takes place. In this region, high pressure and breaking power are created to break even the materials that are very difficult to break. If the crushed material is in the desired dimensions, it passes to the second zone.
