Distillation Column

Available in Stargaz Isı San. ve Tic.a.ş. stock, the STARGAZ brand Distillation Column is equipment that can be used on an industrial scale for separating liquid mixtures into their components. This new product is developed specifically for the separation of heavy hydrocarbon mixtures such as crude oil and fuel oil. The distillation column operates on the principle of evaporating and condensing components with different boiling points. In crude oil distillation, the process of separating into various fractions is carried out, while in fuel oil distillation, lighter and heavier fractions are obtained. Additionally, it can be used in asphalt oxidation processes, which involve reacting asphalt with oxygen to improve its viscosity and other physical properties. Widely used in the chemical, petrochemical, and refinery sectors, this column is manufactured from materials resistant to high temperatures and pressure.
