Standards
- Mechanical components also comply with DIN 5510 / Part 2 (Fire and Smoke Resistance).
- The machine is designed for a minimum service life of 30 years. All materials used are new, suitable for their intended purpose, and comply with internationally accepted standards such as UIC, IEC, DIN, NF, BS, or their equivalents.
- The machine has a minimum protection class of IP 54.
Machine Operating Principle
- The machine operates through a PLC screen system. The DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) mounted for cleaning is first subjected to a blockage test. Based on the results, different washing and pressure parameters are applied to begin the cleaning process. A report is generated before and after the washing process and provided to the customer.
- Designed for all types of DPF filters, the machine is equipped with various adapters. A vertically moving platform system for compressing special filters is included as a standard feature.
- The machine includes special filter bags, cartridge filters, and liquid level controls as standard features and operates entirely digitally.
Electrical – Electronic Equipment
- Power supply: 380 V – 50 Hz, 3-phase. All cables are halogen-free, and the control panel and electrical system are IP 54 rated, manufactured in compliance with CE and European standards. The entire electrical system of the machine is equipped with SIEMENS components.
