Desizing Machine

All surfaces in contact with chemicals are made of 316-316L stainless steel. Fully automatic and computer-controlled. Thanks to specialized software, the process is completed with minimal water and chemical consumption. The operating temperature is 85°C. Each chamber is equipped with a heat exchanger heating system.

The padder cylinders are coated with heat- and chemical-resistant, long-lasting rubber. The number of chambers can be adjusted as desired depending on the process. Each chamber is equipped with a filtered circulation system and an automatic water intake system with a dedicated flow meter. Each chamber also has a dedicated chemical dosing system.

The diameter, number, and material of the cylinders in each chamber are determined according to the type of fabric to be processed and the process. The chambers are level-controlled. An automatic circulation system, nozzles, and a washing system are available. Depending on the fabric type, the cylinders inside the chamber can be either driven or idle.
