DENSIMETER SET (Separator for stoneless olives) Ad Description
Technical Details
Densimeter set is used to separate stonelees olives from the olives with stone by taking advantage of intensity difference. Olive is carried to the densimeter bunker from the pitting machine by an elevator. While stoneless olives stay on the surface of salted water in the bunker, the olives with stone sink bottom of the bunker. Olives in the bottom of the bunker are taken from the densimeter bunker by means of bypass (emptying) system periodically. Stoneless olives separated by this method are checked finally on the selection band. The machine is made of stainless steel completely.
