The system was developed by the R&D Deartment of the GÜNMAK.It is used to cook wheat in the bulgur production.The system is produced which depends on the capacity.Indirect steam is used for cooking operation.Also system can be completely disassemblied for the cleanness of it.There is a automation in the system which depends on thedemand of the customers. The system can also be used in cooking products, other legumes such as corn can be designed for different products.
