GENERAL FEATURES
Our machine is specifically designed to completely wash and prepare for packaging difficult-to-clean, polished, oily products such as teapots and pots. Thanks to specially designed drying fans, the washed products come out spotless while preventing water carryover between washing stages. With the conveyor structure used for the first time in Turkey, the inner parts of the products are perfectly degreased, and water transfer is completely eliminated.
The tank water volume has been reduced, and special pressure-adjusted nozzles provide maximum performance and energy efficiency even at low temperatures. The drying chamber is equipped with a 220W electrical system to minimize energy costs. Our machine can be manufactured in custom dimensions and configurations according to customer needs.
This washing system can be used not only in the automotive sector but also as the ONLY MACHINE that operates efficiently in stainless steelware, Teflon, and aluminum production industries.
