Contactless and Contactless Rulers

In TLM Model position measurement transducers working with non-contact (contactless) magnetostrictive principle, magnetic reader sensor makes absolute measurement while moving at 0…20 mm distances on the profile body without touching the profile. It does not require resetting, it does not have problems such as missing/pulse skipping at high speeds. It is insensitive to vibration and impact. It is not affected by bad environmental conditions such as heat, dust, oil, humidity and electrical noises. Always accurate values are measured with 0.02% accuracy. In addition, since there is no cable connection in the magnetic reader sensor, there are no cables that are constantly in motion and break over time. Since they work without contact (mechanical friction), there are no wearing parts, they have an infinite mechanical life, and they do not require maintenance.
There are cable or connector types in different lengths from 100 mm to 4500 mm. If desired, more than one magnetic reader sensors can work together on the same body without touching each other.
