Widely used in all areas where fast-speed blending and a homogeneous mixture of high or low viscosity products are necessary within a short period. It has a wide range of applications due to the combination of high-speed and low-speed mixing. The mixing operation combines two different mixing styles.

Mixing Rotation

There are three mixing systems in the machine. The first one is a high-speed dispersion system, which operates between 100-1500 RPM, controlled by a frequency converter with two impellers. The second is a low-speed butterfly system, operating between 50-400 RPM, also controlled by a frequency converter with two butterfly mixers. The last one is a mono-speed scraper system that operates at 20 RPM. This scraper system is an anchor scraper system, which scrapes the bottom and sides of the mixing vessel and has chemical-resistant material on the edges of the anchor scraper.

Lifting - Descending

The machine has the ability to lift and descend electro-hydraulically over its body structure. The mixing shafts stop automatically after reaching a certain level of lifting due to safety precautions.

Other Specifications

The machine includes an electro-hydraulic vessel fixing clamp system. Additionally, it has a main engine cooling system that allows the machine to operate for long periods at low mixing speeds when necessary. Time-adjusted mixing operation is a standard feature on the machine.
