COMBINED MIXER SYSTEM FOR CHEMICAL INDUSTRY

Widely used in all areas where fast-speed blending and homogeneous  mixture of high or low viscosity products within a short period is necessary. It has a wide range of use due to high speed and low speed mixing combination. Mixing operation is a combination of two different mixing styles.

There are three mixing systems on the machine. The first one is a high speed dispersion system which operates between 100-1500 Rpm controlled by frequency converter with two impellers. The second one is a low speed butterfly system which operates between 50-400 Rpm controlled by frequency converter with two butterfly mixers. The last one is a mono speed scrapper system which operates at 20 Rpm. This scrapper system is an anchor scrapper system which scraps bottom and sides of the mixing vessel. There is chemical resistant material on the edges of the anchor scrapper.

    Machine has the ability of lifting and descending in an electro-hydraulic way over its body structure. The mixing shafts stop automatically after a certain level of lifting due to security cautions.

There is the electro-hydraulic vessel fixing clamp system on the machine. Also there is the the main engine cooling system which lets the machine operate for long periods at low mixing speeds where necessary. Time adjusted mixing operation is a standart feature on the machine.

ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards explosion proof systems, vacuum application, semi or full automatic prescription control system and PLC control system are the optional specification of Combined Mixer Machine. PT100 temperature of the product by the ability to digitally display is offered as optional features.
