The product between 0 – 20 µm obtained by classifying the ore coming out of the grinding machines in the separators is stearic acid etc. It is a system used for coating with chemicals. It is mostly used by calcite producers in Turkey. It is mostly used for coating 1 µm ( D97 8-10 µm) products. It consists of feeder unit, mixer unit, coating medium and filtering part in the facility. In order to obtain high capacity and high quality coating, all units must work in harmony. The main machine in the facility is the coating mill. In order to increase the desired capacity, the capacity is increased by increasing the number of coating mills used. If the coating mill is to be increased here, other equipment should be designed considering this situation in the first installation. The specified Plant capacity is 2ton/hour. The system is made up to 8ton/hour capacity for maximum Micronized Calcite. Stearic Acid Coating System is also used for Different Mines.
