Circular Welding Systems (Hydraulic Fiber)

Circular welding machines have a very wide usage area in the welded manufacturing sector, and very good results are obtained in end-to-end, corner, overlapping and interlocking welding configurations of circular cross-section parts for high quality and minimum distortion. In these machines, external circular welded joints are made. Using single and multi-pass welding, TIG, MIG/MAG and SAW welding systems
possible. The joint to be welded is tightened so that it does not slip, and the welding head remains fixed on the rotating workpiece precisely and welds. Circular welding machines are produced with double torch mechanism as standard, but it is possible to adapt single or more torch mechanisms. As standard, circular welding machine is produced between 1000mm and 6000mm, up to 1000mm in diameter.
