ÇİKO-Y-E-TANK 1500 model fat melting tanks, with different capacities, allow industrial fats used in dough making to melt at the prescribed temperature so as not to spoil the taste and texture of the dough. The fats passing through slicing blades melt in a double-walled and serpentine body and are then transferred to dough preparation vats.
