Cement Spread Table Liya Laboratory Test Equipment Ad Description
General Features:
The mortar flow table is used to determine the consistency of fresh mortar containing mineral binders and either normal or lightweight aggregates by measuring its spread value immediately after mixing. The apparatus consists of a truncated cone mold made of stainless steel or brass, 60 mm high, with a base diameter of 100 mm and a top diameter of 70 mm, a tamping rod, and a 300 mm diameter table with a drop height of 10 mm. The inner surface and edges of the mold are smooth.
The device is available in both motorized and manual versions. In the motorized model, the number of drops can be adjusted, and the unit stops automatically after the preset number is reached. The motor operates at a speed of 1 revolution per second. The manual version is operated by hand rotation.
