  • For 100 mm width: 35 / 50 / 80 / 100 mm

• Tray Cover Size: Compatible with 100–600 mm cable ducts and 50–600 mm covers

• Raw Material: G350 Mpa cold rolled, hot rolled, or galvanized steel

• Material Thickness: 0.6 – 1.2 mm

• Line Speed: Maximum 10 m/min

Production Line Components

1. 5T Hydraulic Uncoiler – Automatically unwinds coil sheet.

2. Leveling Unit – Flattens material to prepare for forming.

3. Lifting Accumulator – Balances line flow and supports continuous production.

4. Servo Feeder – Provides precise material feeding control.

5. 315T Punch Press – Performs punching, cutting, and forming operations with high pressure.
