Button Rifling and Reaming Machine Ad Description
The machine consists of two units: the Grooving-Set (Yiv-Set) unit and the Rifling (Rayba) unit.
The Grooving-Set unit can open grooves on the barrel using the button method, while the Rifling unit can perform rifling on the barrel. Precision operations can be ensured with servo motors. Barrels up to 800 mm in length can be processed.
The coolant is stored in a tank located at the bottom and is delivered to the workpiece during operation. The used coolant returns to the tank through filters.
Featuring a 7-inch screen, the machine is easy to use and designed to minimize operator errors. The barrel is secured with hydraulic clamps, and centering is performed automatically.
