Bottle External Washing (Brushed) Machine

1 - The bottle external washing (brushed) machine operates in synchronization with the bottle washing machine.

2 - The machine features two washing baths and a single pump. The first bath collects mud and debris that drain off the bottles, preventing contamination of the pump and reuse of dirty water in the washing process.

3 - The machine has one pump equipped with an in-house manufactured filter.

4 - The total machine length is 2.5 meters.

5 - The machine includes:

• 1 - A rotating brush that cleans the neck of the bottle,
• 2 - A rotating brush that cleans the bottom of the bottle,
• 3 - Fixed brushes that clean the side surfaces of the bottle.

Market observations show that the neck and base of bottles accumulate the most dirt. To address this, circular brushes are used to thoroughly clean these two critical areas. The central rubber belt ensures the bottles rotate and move through the machine while being pressed against the brushes for effective cleaning.

6 - At the machine’s entrance, sprinklers wet the dirt on the bottles; throughout the process, the brushes are continuously washed, and at the outlet, the bottles are rinsed entirely with pressurized water for complete cleaning.

7 - The machine includes two viewing windows for internal visibility.

8 - The entire structure of the machine is made of Cr-Ni (stainless steel) material.
