Applications: Foundations, retaining walls, flat & pitched roofs, terraces, wet areas, and viaduct waterproofing.

Payment terms;

Progressive Payment: A "Progressive/Irrevocable Letter of Credit" clause can be added to the letter of credit terms.

30%: When the contract is signed and the letter of credit is opened.

40%: In the middle of production (when the photo/video or independent inspection report is approved).

30%: When the machine arrives at the loading port and the bill of lading is issued.

Advantage: The buyer knows their money is secure, and you receive your payment as you complete the production steps.

How it Works: Payment is made directly to your bank account via SWIFT transfer. This is the most commonly used method in international machinery sales.

Example Installment Payment Plan:

30% Advance Payment: Upon order confirmation and commencement of production.

50% Upon Production Completion: After machine tests are completed and videos confirming functionality are approved, before shipment from the factory.

20% Before Loading / Against Documents: Before the machine is loaded into the container and the shipping documents (Bill of Lading/Customs documents) are sent to the buyer.

Advantages: Low bank commission and fast money transfer.
