Batter Automation

It is required for homogenous mixing of wafer batter and feeding it into one or more ovens automatically.  

The facility has batter mixer, batter feeding pump, batter rest tank and connection pipes.   

The ingredients of the required batter content are put into the mixer manually or automatically.   

Water is filled automatically at required dosages.       

Raw materials are then mixed piecemeal with a particularly sensitive and efficient process.     

Then, the homogenous wafer batter is pumped into the batter resting tank, from which it is fed continously to the automatic wafer baking oven with the help of another pump.      

All parts are manufactured by 304 quality stainless steel.
