The automatic bracelet polishing machine we have developed completely automatically polishes bracelets of different sizes in a short time. Thanks to the software we developed specifically for this machine, it controls the active pressure force during the bracelet polishing process. In this way, we achieve the same polishing result on bracelets of all sizes. With our automatic identification system, the bracelets are analyzed upon entering the machine and equal polishing is ensured on different bracelets. Thanks to equal polishing, the amount of waste that occurs during the bracelet polishing process is much lower than in the manual polishing process. With our automatic polishing paste application system, the frequency and amount of paste application to the polishing disc can be adjusted. Thanks to the closed cabin, all waste remains inside the machine. Thus, the polishing process is completed with zero wastage. It filters all waste with the vacuum system we developed with aerodynamic analysis. By changing the understanding that has been formed so far in the Jewellery polishing machine sector, we present to your service our fully automatic polishing machine, without human touch, without adjustment, and without an operator.
