Thanks to equal polishing, the amount of waste that occurs during the bracelet polishing process is much lower than in the manual polishing process. With our automatic polishing paste application system, the frequency and amount of paste application to the polishing disc can be adjusted. Thanks to the closed cabin, all waste remains inside the machine. Thus, the polishing process is completed with zero wastage. It filters all waste with the vacuum system we developed with aerodynamic analysis.
