Using an air strap machine for strapping is very practical. The strap is wrapped around the product and placed into the “Strap Channel” of the machine. The first button on the air strap machine tightens the strap, while the second button performs welding and cutting simultaneously.

During tensioning, the air-based tension control system automatically stops the machine when the preset tension is reached. This ensures that every strap is applied with the same tightness. Additionally, the high tensioning force allows for a strong and secure binding, and since cutting occurs during welding, no additional step is required.
