TECHNICIAL SPECIFICATIONS

• It is completely made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel.

• The base of the 1st wall is 2 mm and there is a 1 mm Ep type rollbond heat exchanger plate coupled to the wall.

• 1st wall body is 1.5 mm.

• The insulating wall is 1 mm AISI 304 quality stainless steel.

• There is one 18KW 40 d/d reducer and a stainless steel mixer blade attached to it. There are 2 mixers in our tanks of 6 tons and above.

• The product outlet has a DN 50 male union butterfly valve.

• The insulation gap is 50 mm thick and insulated with polyurethane foam material.

• Our vertical type tanks have a single cover system.

• Each tank has a special digital milk weighing system.

• It has been designed to leave zero liquid inside.

• Tank body is coupled on a solid chassis.

• Welded areas are 1st class Argon TIG welding and 1st class smooth polished.

• The refrigerant evaporator (rollbond) has been subjected to a test pressure of 30 bar.


COOLING GROUP


• Minimum amount of gas charge 3KG per tank

• A 404 gas cooled provides low electricity consumption.

• Possibility of cooling without icing even in low milk quantities

• It provides the opportunity to cool each milking (33 ºC – 38ºC) at ambient temperature from 35 ºC to 4ºC in less than 3 hours.

Tanks are produced in 2 / B / II class, except for special requests.

• The Cooling Group has a package unit and is coupled to the solid chassis on the tank.

Italian Aspera -French Cubigel & Sanyo (JAPAN) is used as engine brand in cooling groups.
