Cnc 2 Dimensional Wire Bending Machine
It is computer (CNC) controlled and works with special net machine software compatible with existing Windows Operating System.
The product to be produced with the Elo brand 21” Touch Monitor and Wi-Fi keyboard unit is defined.
All the parts planned to be produced will be examined in detail and Coil (Sliding) Rollers and section distance pieces will be prepared in accordance with the requested and/or pre-specified wire diameters.
The Remote Technical Service Module is optional. While providing Operator Support with the Remote Technical Service Module, Technical Error and/or Technical Failure situations are detected and fast action is taken.
Optional Barcode Printer integration can be provided to the system. Thus, at the end of each production, label output can be automatically taken on a product basis in line with the specified number/piece.
With the LOOP function found, the definitions of repeated beats are simplified.
