• Primarily suitable for the production of multi-creased wall lids.

• The software and hardware of the production line adopt an aesthetic and functional Meehatronies design.

• Automatic production line main units: Feeding, Press, Stacker, and Serap Systems.

Electrical Control System

• The production line consists of two sections:

  • Integrated electrical control cabinet for Feeder, Press, and Serap System (three units).

  • Independent and interference-preventive design.

• The touch screen is mounted on the left side of the press; easy to use and space-saving.

• The stacker electrical cabinet is placed independently on one side of the machine for separate control.

• All parameter settings and operating PLC program logic are optimized; production efficiency and program control are managed rationally and human-centered.
