Construction

· Made of AISI 304L quality stainless steel. 

·         1.the cidar base is 2 mm and there is a 0.8 mm Ep type rollbond heat exchanger plate connected to the cidar.

·         1.the sliding body is 1.5 mm.

* The insulated wall is made of 1 mm AISI 304 L quality stainless steel

· 1 25 W 21 d/d reducer and an attached stainless steel mixer blade are available. The mixer is designed in such a way that it does not spoil the structure of the milk.

· The product has a butterfly valve with a 40 or 50 female record at the output DN.

* The insulation December is 40 mm thick and it is insulated with HCFC-free water-based high density polyurethane foam material.

· A special manual ruler for each tank is available. (it has a sensitivity rate of 3-4%.)

· It has been designed to remain zero liquid in it.

· The tank body is mounted on a monolithic chassis.

* Welded zones 1.grade Argon TIG welding is 1.the class includes smooth polishing.

* The refrigerant evaporator (rollbond) was subjected to a test pressure of 40 bar.

Cooling Group

· Minimum amount of gas charge

· A 404 gas cooled

* The possibility of cooling without icing even with a low amount of milk

· It provides the possibility of cooling each milking (38 °C – 43 °C) from 35 °C to 4 °C at ambient temperature for less than 3 hours. In addition, you can see the class of each tank by examining the Test Conformity Report of our GARANTI REFRIGERATION company.

· Each refrigerant belongs to the compressor (dryer, sight glass, expansion valve, liquid holder and valves).

* Cooling compressors are mounted on a monolithic chassis on the tank.

Electronic Control Board

· The electronic control system is mounted in a special panel and all operations are performed via the electronic control card belonging to the GARANTI REFRIGERATION company. 

· Operation of the tank, milk temperature are controlled on the control control panel.

* Phase protection relay is available.

· Special software Thanks to the automatic mixing program, the mixer operation intervals can be set after the milk's December reaches the desired flood value. (such as working for 3 minutes and stopping for 10 minutes)

Digital Level Display

· It has the ability to make measurements with a margin of error of 0- ‰ 2.

· The amount of milk in the tank can be monitored from the control panel.

· It can display the amount of milk in the tank in mm, kg and lt.
