Montaj Öncesi Hazırlık Mod 5000 / 5100 / 5201 / 5300

This work station allows the operator to solve in an optimal way the coupling phase of the lining, the upper and the toe-puff by spraying the non toxic water cement, free from any solvent and then by passing the upper under the hot press MOD.5000 which improves the cementing result by shaping the upper according to a curvature, which facilitates the assembly operation. To obtain the adhesion of the parts, hot pressing can take place at low temperatures (70°-80°). The spray distribution system is the best solution to apply water cements and allows the operator to obtain a cementing without thickness due to the excess of cement, thus saving the quantity of cement. It is possible to couple the uppers both with a thermoadhesive toepuff and without. This work station consists of the models described here below.

MOD 5000 

This press couples the lining, the upper and the toe-puff with the upper stretching device.

The mould temperature of the machine can be adjusted by a digital thermoregulator, and it has the adjustable upper stretching pressure. The mould and the pillow are interchangeable. The machine is provided with an accident prevention bimanual cycle start system.

MOD 5100

Sistem for the spray distribution of water cement made of: stainless steel pressure tank for cement with adjustable pressure, stainless steel automatic spray gun with pedal control assembled on a balancer connected to an aluminium support.

MOD 5201

80x120 cm. work table with adjustable height, provided with a suction grid and with a filter made of a spongy material.

MOD 5300

Double-station reactivator dispenser for thermoadhesive toe-puffs.
