PYM 1500 Series Parts Washing Machines are machines designed to wash parts and engine blocks in places such as auto workshops, vehicle repair shops, machining workshops. Thanks to the electric heating resistances inside, the water can be brought to the desired temperature with the digital clock in the control unit of the machine. The operating temperature range of our parts washing machines is 0-85 degrees. PYM 1500 Basket Part Washing Machine can be opened and closed manually by means of gas pistons. The loading trolley supplied as standard with the machine is designed to accommodate the compartment inside. Parts washing machines are thermostat controlled and there are 2 resistances in the water tank. The task of these resistances is to heat the water placed in the chamber of the parts washing machine. The washing quality can be increased even more with the detergent to be added to the water. Detergents for parts washing machines are readily available and cost-effective. It should be decomposed for 2-3 days with a single component detergent. The water switch in the water tank of the machine measures the water level and stops working when there is no water or when the water level drops in order not to damage the resistance and pumps of the machine. PYM 15000 Parts washing machine body is completely made of chrome sheet. At the same time, the rotating basket and all other components are hot-dip galvanized and guaranteed not to rust. We can optionally manufacture the rotating basket and other components from 304 or 316 quality stainless steel. The parts to be washed are placed on the fixed rotating basket in the machine. The machine washes with the lid closed by squeezing with high pressure detergent and water. Washing is done in order to clean the oil, sawdust, dirt and wastes on the dirty surfaces from different angles by means of time-adjusted pressurized water nozzles according to the structure and pollution rate of the part. It is designed to wash water, detergent, electricity and time (labor) with minimum consumption by filtering the water with the circulation system.
