4. Machine Working Principle
Cube sugar production is made by dipping 2,5-3% of the crystal sugar in water and pressing it in the molds and drying it on a Cr-Ni steel mesh band heated with ceramic resistors. The filling of the powdered sugar from the reservoir is carried out automatically and in harmony with each other without touching the whole of the process of moistening, pressing, drying, producing empty boxes, filling the empty cans with empty cans and closing the covers of the filled cans. A powder sugar thinner crusher will be added under the spiral feed.
