CARTESIAN ROBOT PACKAGE FILLING LINE

For the packing process of your products, empty parcels are prepared and transferred to the Parcel Filling Robot with the Fully Automatic Carton Preparation Machine.

Products coming from the production line are automatically grouped in a formation suitable for parcel placement. The products transferred to the Cartesian Robot are held by vacuum, gripper or magnetic gripper systems with a fixture design unique to your products and filled into the parcel. These processes are provided without any damage to your products. Optionally, you can place two or more layers of products in the box and put intermediate separator paper. After your products are packed, the top covers are closed and taped with the Fully Automatic Carton Sealing and Banding Machine.
