Loading ramps are divided into 2 parts. These are Hinged Ramps and Telescopic Ramps. The Hinged Ramp and the Telescopic Ramp operate basically with the same logic. The main difference between them is that in addition to the telescopic ramps, it has a part that allows the ramp to reach the transportation vehicle chassis with an additional extending tongue to the rising and falling platform.

Hinged Ramps consist of main platform and lip sections as standard. The main platform and lip are made of imported eye-drop sheet. Ramp; It consists of a hydraulic pump, valves and two pistons, one big and one small, acting on the platform. The big piston moves the main platform and the small piston moves the lip. The valves control the motion sequences of these pistons. Thanks to this simple but well designed system, it is possible to control all the functions of the ramp with a single click. The hydraulic unit is used to completely change the ramp position. It cannot be used for lifting loads other than its own weight. There is a safety valve that prevents oil flow in order to prevent accidents by descending the ramp uncontrolled in case of a possible power failure.

The hinged ramp can be of different sizes and can operate within the range of ± 31 cm. The ramp is placed in a pit prepared during construction or afterwards.
