The production line can make N95 / FFP2 mask production fully automatically with ultrasonic bonding and only one operator.
Masks are produced as a finished product with ear loops and nose clips, folded and ready for packaging.
The machine is suitable for the use of fabrics with different characteristics and can produce masks up to 6 layers. Production capacity is 55-60 pieces per minute.
Movements in the ear loop bonding unit are done by servomotor. There are sensors at the raw material inlets to prevent the waste production that will occur in the event of the end of the raw material. The quantity of masks produced can be displayed on the touch screen.
