Wafer Block Cooling Machine

Block cooling machine, cream spreaded blocks by cooling, transfers to wafer cutting machine.        

Block cooling machine is consisted of block carrier special polyurethane tapes, cooling unit, dehumidification unit and sealed doors insulated with polyurethane material.

With the help of the sensor at the entrance, the tunnel, which is controlled by PLC, automatically switches to standby position after the blockages are emptied and saves energy.

Adding and using inside the production line is extremely simple and easy to use because it takes up less space compared to horizontal tunnels.

Cooling tunnel covers are made of stainless steel with high density polyurethane enjected into them.                

With this feature, it is both very light and strong and has maximum thermal insulation. 

The cleaning of the inside of the tunnel is extremely simple thanks to the openable doors.

All parts are manufactured by 304 quality stainless steel.
