IMPLEMENTATION AND EXAMPLE APPLICATIONS:
1-FLY FLYWHEEL TO BE EXPANDED BY HEATING IS INSTALLED INTO THE GEARED INDUCTION HEATING COIL or ON THE INDUCTOR ACCORDING TO THE WORK TO BE DONE AND THE INDUCTOR MODEL.
2- THE TEMPERATURE WHICH IS REQUESTED TO REACH HOMOGENEOUS FROM ALL SIDES OF THE FLYWHEEL GEAR FROM THE FRONT PANEL OF THE AIR-COOLED INDUCTION MACHINE IS SET ON THE DISPLAY SCREEN.
3- ENERGY IS SUPPLIED TO THE INDUCTION HEATING COIL THROUGH THE INDUCTION MACHINE, AND THE FLYWHEEL GEAR IS HEATED AT THE SAME TIME FROM ALL SIDES AND EXPANSION.
4-THERMOCOUPLE IN CONTACT WITH FLYWHEEL GEAR SURFACE REQUESTED MAX. THE AIR COOLED INDUCTION MACHINE STOPS HEATING WHEN DETECTING THE TEMPERATURE.
5-THE EXPANSION FLYWHEEL THREAD IS EASY TO TIGHTEN BY INSERTING A FLYWHEEL INSIDE DIAMETER.
