RECEIVE INSTALLATION AND ACTIVATION:
1 assembly element is assigned by KANMAK MAKİNA.
You should inform your assembly request at least 1 week in advance.
In domestic assemblies, intercity transportation expenses belong to KANMAK MAKINA company, accommodation expenses and transfers between hotel, business and hotel are taken by ALICI firm.
Min. The 1.5 ton capacity forklift belongs to the receiving company.
During the installation, in order to assist the installation personnel;
1 mechanical / 1 electrical personnel, RECEIVER must be assigned by the firm.
In addition, 1 construction officer should be provided when necessary.
Mounting time max. 1 day.
An office should be allocated, if possible, for the use of our installation staff.
Before assembly request; the machine must be placed on the assembly site, but the packaging should not be opened. The packages and contents that are opened are not covered by the warranty.
The electrical system and its materials belonging to the board belong to the receiving company.
Up to the main conditioner inlet The air line and the materials belonging to it belong to the receiving company.
The construction of the necessary construction works belongs to the buyer.
WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Warranty period is 12 months against manufacturing faults. This period begins when the machine is commissioned / trial production begins. If the buyer is delaying installation for various reasons, the warranty period extends up to 15 months from the date of manufacture.
During the warranty period, spare part needs arising from manufacturing faults are free.
The warranty of the consumables is the guarantee of their manufacturers.
After the end of the warranty period, the service is provided but the cost of the travel and accommodation of the service worker, the daily working fee and the material expenses to be used belong to the receiving company. The study fee is based on the values at that time.
PACKAGING:
Partially packed with cardboard, foam and stretch film materials to prevent abrasions during transportation.

DELIVERY METHOD:
