GENERAL INFORMATION

Column-to-bob systems are designed to be circular or length-wise independent or in combination with an automatic welding head and converter and / or positioning equipment, conveniently located on the workpiece to create the necessary welding conditions.Colon-to-Boom systems allow continuous welding with increased full automation production techniques, reduced production time and operator fatigue, precision and much longer than an operator can achieve.Stardart Features: The rotary table, which is mounted to enable the column to rotate 360 degrees, has rotary manual locking feature.

All axial and vertical rails are precisely machined so that the single axle vibrates and moves smoothly.An inverter drive is installed to provide variable speeds to the horizontal motion of the bom and the movement of the column-boom system on the rail.In the vertical movement of the Bom, a self-locking motor-reducer group is used and a mechanical safety system is additionally installed.The counterbalance system, which is placed inside the column for precision travel in the vertical movement of the Bom, is provided and this system is provided using chains and gears with high durability.Limit switches have been used to terminate all functions and standard safety precautions have been taken.All cabling is provided by cable ducts.The welding machine power unit is located at the most suitable location on the column-boom car, and can be optionally replaced.
