Granule machine (extruder) is the machine that turns the plastic material into a usable raw material by bringing it to the melting temperature under heat and high pressure and melting it. The screw geometry of the granule machine is designed and produced in accordance with the latest technology in accordance with the type of plastic material. The HAK MAKINA recycling line is designed to be operated by a small number of operators. Optionally, both the washing line and the granule machine can be produced with PLC (computer) control. Thanks to this system, the possibility of the operators operating the line to make mistakes and damage the system is minimized.

For the recovery of all kinds of plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, polystyrene, there are granule machines from 50 kg / hour capacity to 1000 kg / hour capacity.
