Mixer

It ensures a homogeneous mixture of different products.

• The body is made of 4-5 mm sheet metal and thick-walled pipe with a single shaft sudden discharge.
• Stuffing is done from the top.
• Pressure balance during filling is achieved through an air pipe and the lower bunker.
• Both the top cover and the bottom cover open and close with pneumatic control.
• The rotor is operated by the reducer.
• The reducer output and the mixer output are directly coupled.
• Movement between the motor and the reducer occurs via a belt-pulley mechanism
• Double spiral leaves are arranged in the main pipe to ensure that the material to be mixed is homogeneous during mixing.
