I'm selling this kiln due to an urgent health issue. I've only used it 12-15 times in total.
It uses three-phase electricity and has excellent insulation. Therefore, its energy consumption is extremely low.
I was very happy using it, but as I said, I urgently need to undergo two operations.
Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to pursue my ceramics hobby.
This kiln, capable of reaching temperatures of 1300 degrees Celsius, is suitable for ceramic, decorative, tile, and glass fusion work. It has a capacity of 150 liters and was custom-made in Ankara.
4 shelves and shelf brackets will also be included as a gift. Kiln interior dimensions: 45 x 45 x 55 cm. Net interior volume approximately: 100 liters.

External Construction:
1) The external construction of the oven is made of 2 mm DKP sheet metal, joined and reinforced using the TIG welding method to prevent possible bending.
2) All internal and external surfaces of the construction are painted with moisture and corrosion resistant electrostatic powder paint fired at 250°C. 3) The base of the furnace has 4 polyamide wheels, all of which can be fixed in place when needed, with a load-carrying capacity of twice the total weight.
Furnace Insulation:
1) The entire furnace is insulated with imported thermal insulation panels resistant to a maximum temperature of 1430°C and thermal shocks (sudden temperature changes).
2) The internal heating zone of the furnace is constructed with imported Al2O3-based bricks resistant to a maximum temperature of 1430°C and thermal shocks.
3) The ceiling of the furnace is constructed in a dome shape to prevent future collapses.
